Dear Experts, I was running level 2 feat analysis. And I noticed this warning in the log which says "WARNING: The passed in varcope file, var_filtered_func_data, contains voxels inside the mask with zero (or negative) values. These voxels will be excluded from the analysis." I have got the results though. Was wondering what was the reason for this warning message? Thanks, Sushravya
