Hi, I am running GLM with FEAT. In FEAT, Z threshold and P threshold can be setted arbitrary, and will lead to different results. Is there any criterion for selecting these thresholds? Is there any relationship between these two thresholds? If I want to select more 'activated' voxels, can I choose a smaller z threshold, like z=1? Many thanks, Fox
