Hi,

I believe the example_func file is the middle time point from your 4D
series, and this gets created automatically. If it's not in the output
(i.e., <something>.ica/example_func.nii.gz), then perhaps you have another
error somewhere earlier in the log?

Hi,

I am running into problems with registration of the functionals to the high
res anatomicals within MELODIC.  It doesn't seem to be able to find
"example_func".  I assume that this is just a renamed version of this
subject's functional data, but I don't know why the program cannot find it.
 Any guidance would be appreciated.
