I want to downsample this masks and get a 45X54X45 resolution ( 4mm X 4mm X 4mm) voxels. Is there a more or less standard procedure to do this? I've been tinkering with ApplyXFM and Flirt but I'm not getting consistent results... thanks all! Enzo.
