We are the 5th oldest university in the
UK, and have been collecting library, archive and museum materials for over 500 years. The main purpose of this post is the digitisation of our written, printed and other resources,
and the preparation of associated metadata. The postholder will play a lead role in managing the intellectual property rights relating to the University’s historic collections. The postholder will also contribute to the maintenance of the Historic Collections
web pages.
Applicants will have an HNC or HND in an appropriate subject (e.g. visual design), knowledge of digital capture technology and software, one year’s practical experience and demonstrable skill in visual design and communication. This is a full-time permanent
appointment.

UK you will be required to fulfil the minimum points criteria to be granted a Certificate of Sponsorship and Tier 2 visa. As appropriate, at the time an offer of appointment is made you will be
