To confirm - this is a FREE conference, aimed at those who are delivering or looking to deliver AAC related public campaigns in November 2009 and who want to start planning for AAC 2010.

The working theme for AAC 2010 is "Innovators and inventors: the Story of Science and Technology".

Dear All

 

The Archive Awareness Campaign will be holding its 2009 campaign conference on 15 September 2009 at the British Library, registration from 9.30am and conference will open at 10am.

 

Our Guest Speaker will be Lisa Jardine CBE, Centenary Professor of Renaissance Studies at Queen Mary, University of London and NCA Patron.

 

It will be an opportunity for archivists and archive organisations to come together and discuss their work past and present. The campaign team will deliver seminars on past and current themes as well workshops on various activities including media training.
