Would appreciate advice on a case.

Patient with resistant GORD on PPI, ranitidine, gaviscon - 
still symptomatic
Gut hormone measurement on treatment - Gastrin = 52 (ref 
0-40 pnol/L), Somatostatin 158 (ref 0-150 pmol/L).
Other gut hormones normal. Chromogranin A and B both 
normal.

Unlikely be able to get patient off PPI for 2/52 prior to 
a repeat sample for gut hormones.

What to do next...?
