Well, unbelievable but of course true that it has taken this long for even a
little itty bitty discussion of the inevitability of rationing (and indeed
its forever presence in the form of price) to emerge in some (one) of the
nation's media outlets (although Uwe Rinehardt has touched on bits of here
and there in his very excellent NYT blog).
