Please see the message below. Janet Corcoran "My name is Liza van Dijk and I am a Master student from The Netherlands. Currently, I am conducting my final thesis on how the Delft University of Technology (TUD) can improve its intranet and take the needs and wishes of its foreign employees into account. I was wondering if you could let me know your opinion on a personalized intranet that can only be accessed by staff. I would think this enables customization according to cultural (and individual) preferences. How is this done for your institution? Does social media play a role on the intranet of your institution? Did you take the needs and wishes of the international staff into account when designing the intranet? It would really help my research if you could find the time to answer my questions.
