Hi, I am trying to coregister my images to the standard mni template using SPM8 but am running in to the error posted below ____________________________ Failed 'Coreg: Estimate & Reslice' Error using ==> horzcat CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent. In file "/usr/local/matlab/toolbox/spm8b/spm_matrix.m" (v1149), function "spm_matrix" at line 51. In file "/usr/local/matlab/toolbox/spm8b/config/spm_run_coreg_estwrite.m" (v2412), function "spm_run_coreg_estwrite" at line 20. The following modules did not run: Coreg: Estimate & Reslice ______________________________ Has anybody else had this problem or can anybody else offer some advice on how to fix it? Thanks. Ben
