I have an issue with the SPM5 extension SurfRend flipping my analyse images. That is, when
I point surfrend to an analyse file that I KNOW 100% for sure has
activation in one hemisphere - surfrend proclaims that there is no
activation in the KNOWN hemisphere and creates a flipped image for
Freesurfer. I am using SPM2 but have tried SPM5 & SPM8 with and
each yield the same outcome. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix?
