There are two options:<div><br></div><div>(1) Save the results of contrast A thresholded at FDR&lt;0.05 (click save after displaying the results) and use this as an ROI</div><div><br></div><div>(2) When displaying the results, note the T-statistic/F-statistic associated with an FDR of 0.05 for the contrast and enter this in the threshold for the mask.</div>

I’d like to let my contrast A exclusively masked by contrast B in SPM5.<br>
Since contrast A is thresholded at p &lt; 0.05 FDR (false discovery rate), I hope<br>
contrast B is also thresholded at p &lt; 0.05 FDR. However, it seems that SPM5<br>
allows uncorrected mask only.<br>

Is it possible to set contrast B thresholded at p &lt; 0.05 FDR-corrected in<br>
SPM5? How to set it?<br>

I’d appreciate for any opinion.<br>
