Dear SPMers: I’d like to let my contrast A exclusively masked by contrast B in SPM5. Since contrast A is thresholded at p < 0.05 FDR (false discovery rate), I hope contrast B is also thresholded at p < 0.05 FDR. However, it seems that SPM5 allows uncorrected mask only. Is it possible to set contrast B thresholded at p < 0.05 FDR-corrected in SPM5? How to set it? I’d appreciate for any opinion. Dr. Tseng
