Hello all users.
I have some question about spm2. Please help me with your answers. I know some questions are depended to my study, but my questions are in general.
I have 3 groups of data, every group have some remember

1. Are there any differences in working with versions of SPM or not? Which version of SPM do you recommend for analyzing the SPECT images?

2. For analyzing the data in SPM2, in "model specification & parameter estimation" part, we have "basic models" & "PET" icon; I want to know, what are differences between these 2 parts & when are they used in analyze or which of them are preferred to another? I mean, for analyzing PET/SPECT data when should I use "basic model" and when should I use "PET"? Can I use both of them or not? & are there differences between their result or not?

3. What does "condition" mean? How can I define the vector of conditions in general? Can I define filters as conditions? What are the differences between definitions as "1 2 3 4 …" , "1 2 1 2 1 2 …" , "1 1 1 0 0 0 .." or …?

4. How can I define the vector of conditions in generally? When should I define like "1 2 3 4 …" or "1 2 1 2 1 2 …" or ….?

5. When I do "Estimate", there is written a warning in command window in Matlab:
"Warning: The argument for the %s format specifier must be of type char (a"
"...read & mask data Warning: The argument for the %s format specifier must be of type char (a"
…
I want to know what do these warning mean??

6.
6. What does "NaN" mean? It means that my process is wrong or not?

7. When I run "Result", This warning is written again:
" In spm_re...plane  69/69 Warning: The argument for the %s format specifier must be of type char (a string).". ????????????

8. What do "corrected P-value" & "uncorrected P-value" mean?

please help me with your answer. Thank you.

Your sincerely
