Hi all, I am using the MarsBaR toolbox in order to create ROIs. I was hoping to use these ROIs to do a DCM but the format of the ROIs in MarsBaR and DCM are very different and I don't know how to convert from one to the other. Anyone has any ideas? Or, if that's too hard, MarsBaR also allows me to extract the time series for each ROI, so can I easily feed these time series to a later stage of the DCM?
