I'm Flavio, student at Universidade Federal Fluminense. I have magnetic resonance (MR) images originally acquired in the sagittal plane. The images are saved as .NII file. I would like to use spm_slice_vol function so as showing image slices in cortical planes. How could I get the transformation matrix used as spm_slice_vol function parameter?
