The candidates salary is uneffected by our fee and recruitment agencies calculate their fee as a percentage of the first years annual salary. Given the length of time it takes to recruit through alternative means, it can work out more cost effective to use a specialist recruiter. We operate on a contingency basis.

18 months???

 

Where are all these jobs advertised? I know there's various agencies out there but the problem is when they've had their cut the pay for some jobs isn't very attractive, hence it's easy to find oneself stuck!

 

Could there not be a list set up just for jobs and recruitment??
