Yes. I would add most importantly early, active intervention being the key to early return...particularly with MSDs. This is when you need line managers well and truly on-board (we are very active in their training) with early referral to OH and then onto specialists. Next comes a group of four techniques that are viewed as particularly effective by between 20% and 30% of respondents: keeping in touch by phone during absences, obtaining medical reports, home visits, and obtaining specialist advice about the individual's condition.
