The Creative Exchange at the University of Derby brings Hollywood technology to Derby.

RED digital cameras were used to film Slumdog Millionaire and current release Knowing. The University of Derby is thought to be the first UK University to get an industry standard RED digital cinema camera from the USA. Thanks to being awarded funding from Skillset we are able to offer short courses for UK film professionals and others to train on it.
