We use a really cheap tool called AD Infinitum from www.newfawm.com. Been using it for about four years now.

We are pretty new to AD (Moving from eDir) and was wondering what tools people use for managing and manipulating their Directory?
 
In particular, how do people import student user accounts and passwords at the beginning of the year?
