ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences).  are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit to The Horniman Museum and Library collections. This unique museum is renown for its collections relating to natural history, musical instruments and world cultures including anthropology, archaeology. The Library works to support these specialist collections. The site also contains the Horniman Gardens a unique site of 16 acres of award-winning, beautifully maintained formal and natural landscapes

The visit will incorporate a tour of the service and an opportunity to meet staff and here about their work.
 

The visit will last approximately  1.5 hours 

There is no charge for ALISS Members.
