I’d like to find out how other Millennium user libraries are offering automated telephone renewals.
We’ve been using Talking Tech’s itiva connect for several years but the Innovative-Talking Tech connection has become unstable and uncertain.
I’d be grateful if any other libraries could drop me a line and let me know either
- how you may have addressed or responded to the issue of Talking Tech/Millennium compatibility
- if you’re using the Innovative telephone renewals product: any comments on its functionality, reliability etc
