Is this second page the latest? I presume it is since the edit date on the second page is 02June 2009 , first page is 28Nov 2008. However the first page was the first that I found ( I was sent a link to the second.) I understand the nature of wikis is that anyone can edit pages, but I am never sure who may edit pages.
