Currently, I am working on a project, in an attempt to summarize recent development of the law of the sea. Several hot and critical issues have come to my mind, such as military activity in the EEZ, maritime delimitation, domestic legislations on the law of the sea, creation of the maritime ecological protection zone, delimitation of continental shelf, recent cases handled by ICJ. Of course, the list may go on and on.
