Dear All,

I'm wondering why Malaysia and Singapore  not  requesting the Court in the Special Agreement to draw maritime boundary line in the Case Concerning The Sovereignty of Pedra Branca/Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge as the case was not involved any third parties. As the Court decisions on 23rd May 2008 has not decided the ownership of South Ledge, it will create another contentious issues for both states. Does anyone has opinion on this issue?

Thanks,

Hamzah
