I have estimated £150+VAT. I took it that it was reasonably kosher as it had been discussed with EH and ALGAO though as so often there is the problem that it is a single point in time study without a commitment to global updating, merely that 'Existing inventory guidance requires service providers who maintain the road network areas to periodically update the inventory in their area by requesting information from each of the HERS.'
