Hi,

You can still concert to Analyze using fslchfiletype in the
current FSL release.  So no need to seek out old versions.

All the best,

Hi Martin!

Yes, there is a repository with different old versions:

Hi,

I would need to convert nifti to analyze (for other software which does not
accept nifti), which was possible with previous version of FSL. Is there
somewhere a repository of the previous releases, where ANALYZE was still
acceptable as $FSLOUTPUTTYPE. I am aware of the orientation problems with
Analyze, but at the moment this is the most straightforward solution for me.

Thanks,

Martin
