Hi,

 

We performed a TBSS analysis with 20 subjects and now, due to a mis-diagnosis problem, we want to extract 1 subject from the analysis. My question is: do we have to repeat all the steps in TBSS without this subject or can we introduce it as a covariate in the design matrix with an EV of 1 for the subject and 0s for the rest? any suggestions?
