Hello FSLers,
I am having trouble with the DTI analysis and not sure how to solve this.

We have been using version 4.0.2 to analyze data. Recently we upgraded our server system. We installed the same version that was in the old server.

The results I get from the newly installed server is different from what I had done a year ago with the same version.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I used the same subject to check this. They have very different FA scores. The original one done about a year ago had good contrasts. The recent one did not.

Has anybody faced this situation?
Any help would be appreciated.
