Hi, FSLview is compatible with the vtk surface format (POLYDATA). It cannot load structured grids (image data). Depending on your C++ aptitude, it should be pretty straight forward to write a VTK to NIFTI converter using the VTK and FSL libraries. I could give you an example of converting the other way.
