These were completed at last week's JSPG meeting. We aim to ask EGEE TMB and WLCG MB for approval soon after that. These documents have been in draft form for many weeks and have been widely distributed for comments. All comments received (many thanks for those) have been addressed and JSPG does not expect to see major changes at this point. We wish to hear about any remaining major objections (if any) so these can be addressed before we send the policies for formal approval. I should remind you that the old (currently adopted) policies are very out of date and rather LCG-specific. The aim of these revisions was to simplify, improve and make more general for use by many Grids. The policy text may be found either in the JSPG wiki or in EDMS. The wiki discussion pages contain the feedback received on earlier versions, our responses and the list of changes between versions. The wiki history also allows comparison between all versions of course.
