Dear colleagues, I am trying to use DARTEL in SPM8, I managed to import my data and create templates for a set of grey and white matter images (N=40, both). This gives me 7 templates (0-6) that consist of 4D nii files (1st GM, 2nd WM). So everything looks fine. Then I tried to run DARTEL on the existing templates for both sets of images (GM and WM) simultaneously. The following modules did not run: Failed: Run DARTEL (existing Templates) 1) Is anyone familiar with this error? 2) A related question: in the default batch for "Run DARTEL (existing templates)", 6 outer iterations are implemented. The batch "Run DARTEL (create templates)" gives me 7 templates. Which templates do i need for "Run DARTEL (existing templates)"; the first 6 (0-5) or the last six (1-6), or something different?
