Dear All, I'm preparing data processing batch for VBM analysis of AD data with Dartel (SPM8). Before running this batch on all data, I tested it only on three subjects in order to see if everything go well. The results of this test shown that Template_n.nii and u_rc….._Template.nii files are empty (black image). Can this result from the use of a limited number of images? The batch is attached to this mail. I will be very grateful if any one could check if everything seems to be ok. Any advices or/and recommendations on this topic (VBM analysis) are welcome.
