We are starting a project to create a totally new network drive and we want to use the LGCS as a classification model.

Has anybody attempted this as I would like to touch base with those who have so I can ask some questions around the following:

1. The approach used?
2. How did you tackle access permissions at folder level?
3. What was done to look at all documents held on the existing network drive with a view to merging these over into the LGCS network drive?

Replies off line would be great as I have a problem receiving jisc emails
