The candidate will be placed at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business (OSB) at AUB. OSB is an AACSB accredited business school for its regional eminence and global excellence, http://sb.aub.edu.lb/. The candidate is expected to have a PhD, those who have a recent doctorate should show a strong research potential and a research interest at the interface of multi-disciplines: Electronic Government Information Systems, Performance management & measurement, data analysis and associated software tools. In particular, some experience in data envelopment analysis (DEA) & network DEA; analytic hierarchy process (AHP) & network AHP; questionnaire & web surveying methods, structured equation models; process model analysis would be appreciated. An enthusiasm for collecting field data on E-Government systems is very important. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate activities amongst the consortium partners. Strong communication and inter-personal skills are highly desirable.
