01/05/09 12:29 Pinder, Clare Dear Soo,

Further to your earlier report regarding errors when accessing the
Healthcare Databases Advanced Search, I am pleased to inform you that
this issue has now been resolved.
We identified that the problem was caused by changes to the Ovid
authentication system which denied access to authorised users, and our
technical support staff worked closely with Ovid this morning to rectify
the fault.
Our apologies again for the loss of service. We have been assured by
Ovid that they have taken steps to prevent this happening again and we
will continue to work with Ovid to monitor the situation.

Kind regards,
Clare Pinder

Not sure who the correct person is to report these errors to...

I am unable to access any of the databases advanced search, aside form
Health Business Elite and Cinahl.

I have attached the Tracking ID error message screen shots.

We have clinical staff and researchers booked in for searches today, so
a speedy response would be much appreciated.

Soo Swift
