Hi all I am working in MATLAB on the filtered_func_data.nii output file from FEAT I opened the file with the function called "load_untouch_nii.m" I received 4-D data with size of [112 112 29 154] I am new in FSL (and fMRI) stuff so I have a (simple?) question: What is the meaning of each dimension? Which of them is the time? (my guess that there is 3 dimensions of the fMRI coordinates and one is rhe time) Can anyone help me? Asaf
