Hello, I am desperatey trying to run some ROI analyses in featquery. I have a single co-ordinate (in mm) at which I would like to extract values from my stats images. The FSL documentation says that I require a mask image to do this. I understand that I need to specify choose the reg/standard mask from the feat directory. I am not quite sure what directory this is refering to - which feat directory should I be looking in for this mask??? Also if I want to make an ROI with this coordinate at it centre any ideas as to how I should go about doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Many thanks Jess
