My data consists of 14 subjects, each of them with 6 runs. 

In order to run Melodic, should I introduce the 14x6 4D files or is it possible to use a file from my FEAT 2nd level analysis, in which I "concateneted" each subject 6 runs? (and if this is the case, which is the correct file to use?).
