I have 3 sessions (ctrl, cong, incong) with two scans (pre, post) and 15 subjects. I have performed the first level-analysis for each scan within each session however I am not sure how to make the next comparison. The manual has a 2x2 ANOVA explanation however I am unsure how this changes when a factor has 3 levels. Any information would be grateful, Joe
