Dear All, I'm a newcomer with fsl. I have fa maps generated with other dti software where the dynamic range is from 0 to 10000 instead from 0 to 1 (in other words the values have been multiplied with a factor of 10000). I would like to use these fa maps for TBSS analysis, I presume that I must convert them to a 0...1 scheme. Is it possible with fslmaths in a batch fashion (there are more than 100 fa maps).
