Hi, I'm very new to MRI Could you please let me know how to I reslice (?) a ansiotropic T1 weighted image to a 1mm isotropic one? With MRIcro Etc/convert ansiotropic to isotropic generates an isotropic image however the voxel dimensions are the smaller dimension of the input image. How can I set it to 1mm? I thank you for your help. ila
