If your organisation or institution has an event or publication it would like to advertise on a Newsletter page or have a flier included with it, then please let me know so we can discuss the cost. The copy deadline for things to be printed in the Newsletter is 31 May. Fliers cna be discussed during June. Because BASAJISC is a free discussion group, people who register on it do not have to be members of BASA (Black & Asian Studies Association) itself. Therefore registering on BASAJISC does not get you the three Newsletters every year. In addition to the Newsletters members now receive a monthly Information Bulletin by email. If you are not a member of BASA and would like to become one please email me for a copy of the membership form. If you work for an institution, which does not have a policy allowing it to join organisations as a member, then it can subscribe to the Newsletter, but it receives no membership benefits. If you want your organisation to take out a Newsletter subscription please email me for the form. Thank you.
