Prof. Thomas Rawski is a Professor of Economics and History at the University of Pittsburg. His research focuses on the nature and implications of recent developments and long term changes in the economy of China. He has written extensively on China’s significant economic events and recently co-edited (with Loren Brandt) China's Great Economic Transformation.
