I am looking for archaeobotanical attestations of
Spartium junceum L. (period, place, contextŠ), a
plant used as a textile and mentioned in the
texts (XVI-XIXth centuries for the South of
France).

And does anyone know wether the mention of this
taxa in Muller 2003 (Die Kleidung nach Quellen
des frühen Mittelalters) was an identification,
based on seeds, fibers, cloth, or only a textual
attestation ?

thanks in advance
best regards

Lucie
