Thanks Marin
In the Parliamentary report on "top ups" (i.e. whether patients could 
pay for care not offered by the NHS, mostly because it is not cost 
effective) I persuaded our politicians to argue that favouring end of 
life/rare diseases was inefficient and inequitable! I agree it is a nice 
issue for debate!
