country's leading research centers on the economic and social impacts of arts
organizations, will conduct a workshop on Tuesday, May 26, at 2:00pm, at the
Worcester Art Museum. Professor Stephen Sheppard will present the Center's
analysis of the economic impact of the Worcester Art Museum and some exciting
visitor mapping tools, followed by a discussion about how Worcester's nonprofit
cultural organizations (not just the Worcester Art
Museum) can make use of the
free interactive tools developed by the Center for ongoing advocacy,
fundraising and strategic planning purposes. The initiative is sponsored by the
Massachusetts Cultural Council, which encourages organizations in
