Hi, I'm using run_first_all to segment structures out of my images, but for a few subjects I'm not getting the final segmented image file with CMA labels, but I do have the .vtk mesh files. Is there a way I can reconstruct the file with CMA labels using the .vtk files? Thanks, Dave
