I do know of this place. Although it is described as a TC in the article, it is actually a “for-profit” 12-step programme. In fairness, I don’t think the actually say they are a TC themselves ( http://www.lifeworkscommunity.com/) - but it’s another example of the term being used so loosely that it’s almost meaningless.
