Hi,

I am trying using MarsBaR to extract the beta values of each voxel in a given ROI. However, I found in some subjects the number of row of Y (i.e. the actual amount of extractable voxels in each subject whose beta values were returned to Y) could be less than the number of column of vXYZ (i.e. the number of voxels in the ROI).

I guess vXYZ simply returns the MNI coordinates of the roiobj rather than the actual number of voxels corresponding Y. And some subjects' brain might just miss a few voxels defined in the ROI during the data acquisition, which causes the aforementioned disparity. Does anyone know how to obtain the MNI coordinates of voxels of Y?

Thanks a lot!
